Mammoth, that sounds awesome. Next Halloween I will beat your house dressed as something really skinny.

Big Daddy, I love that's what she said jokes and mama jokes too.

The other day I thought my shoes seemed too small. Then later that night I looked at my feet and they are smaller too. Thats the last place I thought I would have to lose weight, but I'll take it.

68 degrees doesnt sound so bad to me. Yesterday, we got down to 32 degrees F or 0 celsius. We had frost already. By the afternoon it was getting close to 68 degrees F. Winter is coming.

Default Not really NSV, just really cool

I went to an endocrinologist for the first time today. Of course, when the called me back what's the first thing I had to do? Get on the scale. But, this time was the first time what happened has happened to me in a long time. I got on there, the nurse put the big weight at the bottom of the slider on 150, the little weight above that was right in the middle of that arm. She knocked it over to the left, then knocked it again and again until it was on the 03!!! That's an afternoon weight with all work clothes and boots on. I wanted to jump off that thing and hug the nurse. I'm so used to that little weight on the top having to be moved over to the right.

While the Dr. was talking to me about stuff I mentioned that I was on the IP diet. He said great, that will teach your pancreas how to secrete the correct amount of insulin. I was floored. So ofter I run across people who have never heard of this diet. Here was a new Dr. to me and he was singing its praises. Loved it!!!

I am hoping that hitting the gym hard will build my arms to get rid of some droppy skin. Problem is that building muscle is affecting the overall loss.
