Believe me, it isn't what you remember. Since my taste buds have changed, I honestly didn't really enjoy it. And to think, I forced myself to eat that third piece. What in the heck was that stuff doing to my body. I used to scarf down a large by myself.
I wanted to pop in and give a big THANK YOU to usmcvet, JWD, and all the other servicement, first responders, emergency personal, and military veterans on today especially.
Thank you so much for this, and to all the other kind words of others elsewhere in this forum. Speaking just for myself, I serve because I love it. A simple 'thank you' from people really makes it worth while!

An ice cold beer used to be on the top of my list but I'm not sure how much I am going to like the taste. It will still be one of my firsts but none of that nasty stuff that's been in my fridge for the last 6 months!
The Day after I complete phase 3 I am doing this (ONE DAY only:
Breakfast: Everything Bagel, toasted with cream cheese and 1/2lb Genoa Salami sliced thin.
Lunch: Pizza Hut: Large meat lovers thin crust supreme pizza with the stuffed crust. I plan to eat 1/4 pf that pizza with a small salad
Dinner: The Outback Steak House: HUGE grilled Rib-Eye, garden salad with bleu cheese crumbles and bleu cheese dressing, dark rye bread warm with BUTTER, mushrooms, sweet potato LOADED, CORN CORN CORN CORN with salt & BUTTER!
Next 4 days: Back on IP phase 1 and into ketosis
Next day: ATKINS for maintenance (staying in ketosis)
Thats my "plan"...can't wait! It is a one day feast-ival! I will wear my party hat! Celebrate with family, friends and good food...for ONE DAY.
My real reward will be more ink...chest tattoo across entire chest...assuming at that point I "have" a chest! ahha!

That's some funny S H I T!!!!!!! but you forgot 1 thing the pancakes..... i plan on doing the same thing. i will have to re read the book. i have forgoten how to do Atkins lol. And my TAT will be on my back.

add in 2 buttermilk blueberry pancakes with butter and real maple syrup with breakfast and cut that bagel down to half.

I had a steak sandwich for lunch today. I sure wanted to eat the garlic toast. I'm eating a lot of steak now so I don't think I would go for the ribeye but pizza and theatre popcorn will be on my list. And maybe some nacho cheese Doritos. I should probably save that of cheat day #2 though. Don't want to end up back where I am now.
What a day so far. Got to work and things were fine, then a minor issue I had to deal with, got that all settled. But now I feel like I'm a 1/2 step out of rhythm for today. Not sure how to explain it, just feel out of synch.
