Hello Everyone!
I saw this thread and had to post.
I did so well last year before my wedding, not quite meeting my goal, but very very comfortable with my size. Since January 2012 I've gained about 15 Lbs. I've been on and off IP since then. Doing really well through the day at work then going home and having a few glasses of wine and not an OP dinner. The weekends were even worse
. I have continued my exercise, which probably saved me gaining it
all back!
But now I'm trying
again to meet my goal weight.
I am using alternative products this time around, for now, and not seeing a coach, so I plan to check in here everyday! I forgot how great this site is for motivation and accountability!
