When I add vanilla RTD...I only add a little like a creamer. One RTD last me about a week for the coffee. It helps so much. Enjoy.

I started a reboot yesterday. I was maintaining within 3lbs since June but I was on holidays last week and really didn't monitor anything I ate by the end of the week I felt bloated, sick and tired and up by 4lbs. I don't want it to get out of control and I don't have any fat clothes - and I refuse to buy larger sizes. Completed my first 100% day yesterday and down 1.2lbs already. I have a wedding on the weekend and so that will keep me on track for the week - my dress is quite fitted.
Question for the restarters - how long did it take you to lose the bloat. It is one thing about this diet that I love- when you are watching the carbs your stomach is a lot flatter.

Within 3 days you feel a lot less bloated...especially since you are only up 4 pounds and you were only off a week.

I have been in maintenance for 16 months....I was off completely (no limits) for 10 weeks for summer break....I gained about 15 pounds....I am on day 14 and my stomach is so flat...it is awesome.

Good Morning this is day 21 of my reboot. I feel so much better when I stay 100% OP. My complexion looks good, I have energy and no cravings. Let's make this a good IP day

Default Time to re-start! Vacations over.

Back to reality... 7.5 pounds in 2+ weeks. I feel worried I put on the pounds on too fast! I'm ready to get back on track, and I know the first few days will be challenging, but here goes!

Good for you, getting back on track before it is too bad. take it from me, nothing worse than having tight clothes and no fat clothes to hide in...
I started on a monday, by thursday I already feel thinner.

Take it from my experience in maintenance for 16 months...I let 2-3 pounds go...no biggie...then another 2-3 seems like no biggie...then I started the summer up 6 pounds and gained 11 more over the summer....Always go back down to your maintenance weight before you return to phase 4...at least I am going to tell myself that.

Hey...you are still down 50...I was in a similar place. Day 15 of reboot feels great....can't wait to get back to my goal weight....8 more to pre-summer weight and 7 more to goal weight!

Hello everyone,

How is everybody doing?

It has been a while for me that I did not check in on this site.

Since Monday, I have been 100% OP. Walden farm products are really helping me to stick to the program. I bought many of their ''fruit'' spreads, some syrops, the ketchup and my favorite thousand island. It really helps me when I crave sweets to eat their spreads and syrops, it is not the real thing, but it has to do.

My fertility doctor still insists that it is the end of the world for me if I don't lose weight!!!! (I hate her, lol), so losing weight I will and I'll show her. I had the problem of stopping my diet more than once when I thought I was pregnant, but this time, she told me not to stop even though I feel I am, not before being 100% sure I am pregnant, then I will stop, which is good, cause I lost lots of time, stopping then re-starting thinking I am pregnant only to get TOM .

I already lost 9 pounds from what I gained and I have to lose a total of 40 pounds to reach the ultimate weight my doctor wants me at. I don't know if I will have time to do that before getting pregnant though, my hopes are high! I feel (or I want to feel maybe) that this time it should be it, I should finally get the big fat positive pregnancy test, but let's see.

Hey gang!
I too am doing a little "re-start" or "re-boot". I am 5# over goal after a summer of fun, so it is time to get back on track. I ordered a bunch of IP food from buyproteinfood.com and am hoping that it will be here for me to start on Monday.

This summer has been very challenging for me. I started a new job that is a lot more stressful and has longer hours, etc... It has taken me quite some time to get adjusted and I finally feel like my life is no longer turned upside down. This has certainly contributed to the poundage as well.

I have tried several times to do a few P1 days here and there, but with no success. So I bit the bullet and bought IP products. I don't know what it is about them, but they seem to work better for me. And I also feel more inclined to stick to the program knowing I shelled out the cash for them.

Anyway, starting Monday, I am going to lose these 5#, get back to my goal weight and re-evaluate if I want to go beyond.

Even 100% op would be fine at the beginning of pregnancy. The baby doesn't need much extra until later on. Just make sure to take the prenatal vitamins all the time.
Good luck. I will be hoping for you!

Hey all! Saw the thread was getting lost and thought I would bump it up. I am ready to start my reboot on Monday. My shipment arrived today. I will tell you, buyproteinfood.com is a great website to get IP food from. I ordered it on Wed. night and it arrived today. Plus free shipping in the US. I will certainly be ordering from there in the future. I now have 3 weeks worth of IP food, so I am ready to go.

Here's to getting back to goal and getting rid of these pesky 5# that found there way back to me this summer! And maybe then some

They are really good to deal with. It is expensive for shipping to Canada but I noticed what they charged me for that was only $2 more than what the postal service charged them.
