hey everyone, long time no see!

after a wonderful summer, I jumped back on the wagon on Monday to get the bloat off... I was 154 lbs this morning so not far from my comfortable weight of 150 but I definitely needed to cut everything out cold turkey! I'm an all or nothing type of gal for some reason and turned into a sugar addict as of late so I'm happy to have turned the corner with that.

Hope you're all doing well! I'm looking forward to the start of school and getting back into a solid routine. My 'Mommy Makeover' is in October so I have that sneaking up on me too.... YIKES!

Cheers!

Well here I am again......starting again. Tomorrow marks my 2nd anniversary of when I first started IP. Where has the time gone. I know the weight isn't gone! Twenty pounds have crept back on me since when I stopped IP over a year and a half ago. I'm hoping this August 25th treats me as good as 2010 did with beginning my weight loss journey. Hopefully this time I will stick with it and make it through maintenance.

Well....look who is still around! I am rebooting starting in a week...I still have summer fun to have. I am up about 18 from my maintenance weight, but still down over 60 (so I will not hate myself...this is a journey with its ups and downs). I am so excited to get to my comfortable self...everything is tight and I am super bloated.

Welcome back...we can walk this journey together again. I start next Sunday.

I was hoping someone else was just restarting like me. I so need someone to keep me motivated. I went golfing today and had to wear my big girl stretch shorts. I felt like a wiggling wamp. If there is such a thing. I am so ready to feel good again. This extra weight is dragging me down. I'm planning on first thing Sunday morning to begin again. Hopefully be at goal before Christmas. You are right! We can and do this together!

I am starting first thing next Sunday....I have a few fun things planned for my last week off from school. My plan is phase 1...100%.....Labor Day to Columbus Day and then phase 2 until I am a weight I want to be and then a week of phase 3 and then phase 4 for two weeks before I have a cheat day. Then I am hiring my trainer again to get me back in shape.

Hi ladies. I am back as well, a little sooner than I was planning. I've been maintaining in a 3 to 5 pound window since April but this last couple of weeks my control has gone to heck. When the window grew to 8pounds, I knew it was time. I planned to start next week, just placed my Nashua nutrition order, but this morning decided to just do it. The bad news, I am using leftover IP stuff and it was all the stuff I didn't like and which got pushed to the back of the cupboard. I will be hitting the recipe threads hard this week. Hope mt Nashua order comes quickly!!!! I went to bed early to avoid eating the house. Lol.

Good for you. Welcome back. I have been used to my P3 breakfasts and this morning am sitting here with my giant jar of mocha thinking " how did I do this for 7 months??". Oh well, I will just keep swimming and induction of ketosis will happen. I started early due to extreme stress in other areas of life. I had lost all control of food ( cake, which I do not like, ice cream, and peach pie all in one day). It was time to regain control. Sigh...

So here I am, in all my fluffy glory, ready to reboot. Heavy sigh. I look forward to this journey with you, Darbs.

It was easier re-starting this time around. I knew to expect headaches the first few days so had my salt and water ready. I am almost through my first full week and love how I am feeling again.

I am doing all alternative products this time around. My husband is doing it with me and we just can't afford to have two people on IP. I am using the sticky threads and advice from others who use alternative products.
I would like to restart too. What alternatives are you choosing?

I put off restarting all weekend and today it's a go. No more excuses. Even my underwear seemed tight yesterday. It must be a sign

Good for you... no time like the present!

Today has been one week since I started back on track... down 8 lbs and sitting at 154. I got my period a few days ago so I def. feel bloated from that. I'm heading out of town on Thursday for a wedding on the weekend and I will try to stay OP as much as I can but I probably will have some deviation too but I am okay with that as long as I am back on the horse when I get back!

How is everyone else doing?

I'll be joining all of you one day this week. Depends on where Tropical Storm/Hurricane Issac decides to land! I've been in maintenance since April 2011 - and maintained around a 5-7 lb gain.. This am when I weighed, I was up 9lbs. I can handle the 5 or even the 7, but the 9 is too close to 10! It's gotta go!

I am re-starting today! I have been in maintenance for about 4 months and completely went off track in the last month.

I definitely need some support and its great to know there are other out there that are in the same boat!

WE CAN DO THIS!
