Same thing. It's been so busy at work lately that I'm working all day and night, and school is starting up again (along with extracurricular activities), so home life will get crazy too. I love being able to cook ahead of time so I never have to worry that I'm not prepared for a meal.

I started with Watermelon Jello but I think I messed up when I made it and added to many packages of the Jello Mix because it is very sweet, Too Sweet for my taste so then I made homemade french fries instead and now Im good until dinner later on today.

I don't usually eat breakfast anymore but I was hungry and had a craving this morning! I had a turkey sausage, egg white & cheese bagel from Wawa.

Today I had my favourite eat clean breakfast as of late. Fills me up and I actually crave it!
- unsweetened porridge with hemp seeds and raspberries (1/3 cup of dry oats with about 2/3 cups 1% milk)
- half a cup of blueberries
- homemade cappuccino with 1% milk

Homemade tempeh bacon, egg, 1/2 avocado, 1 slice of gf bread with light margarine and boysenberry jam. Was a -2 and ended +2.5.

Yesterday I had a 3 egg omelet with feta cheese, spinach and crumbled turkey bacon. Held me over until dinnertime.
No breakfast today.
