Vegan gluten free blueberry pancakes with earth balance and syrup. Also a banana, almond milk, date shake. Was a -3 and ended +3.

1 gf waffle with a little light butter spread and drizzle of honey. I was in a hurry to get to the gym and just grabbed something to keep me from passing out
was a -2 and ended +2.

I made two over easy eggs and two pieces of buttered toast but my eggs didnt turn out the way I wanted them too
