Normal eating day today. Overnight gf oats with soy yogurt, soy milk, peach slices, and honey. So yummy! Was a -3 and ended +2.

Taco Bell, 2 soft chicken taco's and 2 soft beef tacos (They were my left overs from last night's dinner, I ordered 4 to eat last night and 4 to eat for breakfast, just incase anyone was wondering how I had taco's for breakfast from Taco Bell LOL)

Mackeral, smoked oysters washed down with a bowl of steelcut oats.
Within said oats was flaxseed milk, honey, dried figs, turkish apricots, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, tabasco sauce and vanilla.
So it was all a bit fishy, spicy and sweet at the same time. Delish!

Brown rice breakfast couscous with soy milk, blueberries, and some of trader joes cinnamon sugar grinded into it. Very yum, but couldn't finish it. Now I have dessert though lol Was a -3 and ended +3.

For Breakfast today I ate: 1/2 of an Everything bagel
I ate 1/2 of an everything bagel w/ lt spread of butter. Also a tall cup of Instant Jo(coffee that is). Then began drinking my diluted fruit juice w/ ice which is my usual. Breakfasts vary, of course, but I drink ice water or diluted juice daily, in this heat especially.....
