Went out for breakfast so indulged in the biscuit.
Biscuit w/ butter ( I haven't had on in so long, wow was it good. )
2 scrambled eggs

Poptarts; not the healthiest thing in the world but it was all the bf had and I was in a hurry. The rest of the day was much better!

Fasting day. Smoothie with 1/2 c blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 cup almond/coconut milk mix. Usually I just have a big 500 calorie meal at the end of the day on fasting days but my brother is visiting so I need to eat with him

I had an egg white scramble with artichoke, mushroom, tomato, spinach, and reduced fat feta.
Less than 100 calories and delicious
