Broke my two days of "fasting" (low calorie days) with two hard boiled eggs, coffee, and a soft pretzel from Wawa. Not much of a breakfast food but I was really craving some carbs after two days eating only dinner.

2 small pears,
coffee with creamer

btw getting splattered on the neck by boiling hot COW Hurts!! luckily it was a small drop. It had been a couple of years since I made cream of wheat and I forgot how Blurpy it gets.
Tasted divine though.
