Saturday and Sunday we had fried eggs and scrapple for breakfast while camping. Today, no breakfast. Usually I do fine with that, but I'm already a bit hungry.

noname-Yeah, I'll probably pop in there. Yesterday didn't work so well, think I was a little too ambitious coming off my intuitive eating/maintenance break and trying to jump into something so strict! I stayed within my eating window, but let hunger earlier in the day get the better of me so over ate when I could eat. Today is looking better though! I'm MUCH less hungry this morning.
Yes Dottington, it was a dee-licious omelet! I was going to have it again today but instead had a Quest brownie bar & brewed coffeeFeels nice & decadent to have a brownie in the am.

butternut squash cubes baked in leftover juices from grilling today's chicken breast. It was so good I could hardly stop eating it!
