missing in action,
we had a death in the family and it's been hectic trying to get things squared away for my husband to fly out for the funeral, I've tried to stay on target but have done some stress eating.
NOV 13 Thursday
I realized my best chance to get back on track and not be SO tempted is to start reporting my foods agan,
Breakfast 1 cup polenta, 2 apples, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
coffee No Creamer we ran out, DARN!!! had to use powdered milk YUCK!!!! in my coffee. I hate milk in coffee!!! just ugh.
That was a fairbreakfast.. I was not as good at lunch.
