2 slices wheat bread w 2 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp sugar free apricot jam w fiber and 2 oranges..and of course 2 .16 oz iced coffee w milk.

Had to eat breakfast today! Not too happy about it, I really like IF and feel weird when I eat in the morning now :/

Omelette
-2 eggs
-2 egg whites
-1/2 tomato
-1/2 avocado
-3 slices daiya

Wink For breakfast this morning I had toast with peanut butter and cinnamon with 1/2 a ban

1 piece of wheat bread with a table spoon of PB and cinnamon with 1/2 a banana.

Coffee and ice water,ice green tea, ..................


Late lunch had a rice bowl with white rice and steamed veggies, and ice green tea, and some peach gummy ring candy too.

Broiled sardines and medium stickleback with smoked oysters washed down with steel cut oats made with flaxseed milk, honey, vanilla, Ceylon cinnamon, chili powder, Tobasco Habanero sauce, dried Turkish apricots and dried figs.

+4 maybe due to the liter of water I also had.

I usually drink a Spicy Hot V-8 for breakfast, and that's perfectly satisfying. Today, though, a snack pack of hummus and lentil chips turned me into King Kong, ready to chew up NYC. Tough day! I can't figure out why this combo set off hours of cravings.

1/2 protein shake in coffee and already + 3. Just goes to show that reading & posting on 3FC is nourishing

Over the next hour will have rest of shake, egg cooked with arugula, shredded carrots, onion, evoo. 1L water with blueberry Mio.

Thumbs up Today for Breakfast I ate------

I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, with some fresh, ripe, strawberries that I bought from the little cart guy who sells them to survive. So I felt good eating healthy and knowing I helped out a poor guy who probly like an illegal alien too. Also I had 1/2 a banana and all that with diluted fatty milk. My bro buys the fat type so i must add 1/2 water and then its not as fat of milk...

Bluerose68 Is there someoen particular you are asking?

I'm going to skip yesterday's meals as I did some crazy eating, which came from out of the blue it seemed. Could it be I'm not as in touch with my emotions as I think, lol? I'm not looking back, though am frustrated with how difficult it is to stay on track lately. Labor Day marks 1 yr since reaching goal & I'd rather be nearer to that weight than I currently am.
