Really wasn't hungry this morning so just forced down a 1/4 cup of raw nuts before my hike

Strangely, haven't been as hungry in the mornings the past two days. Weird. Had a smoothie.
1/2 banana
1 c soy milk
1 tblsp unsweetened cacao

Was feeling a 1, but knew I needed to eat since will be gone most of the day.
Udi's everything bagel
1 egg
1 slice daiya cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado
Made it into a bagel sandwich with sriracha.
Also had a glass of soy milk with 1tbslp of soy protein powder.
Afterwards was feeling 3.5, not quite too full but almost.

pattience-I'm finding the satiety ratings very helpful myself I know there's a lot more to it, but just doing the ratings is making me more aware.

Had a smoothie.
1 c soy milk
2 tblsp soy protein
1tblsp peanut butter

Also had 1/2 a venti starbucks skinny vanilla latte with soy.

Was feeling a 2 before and a 2 after so that was good

Went away for a long weekend with hubby. I will not post those meals it was a lot of fun and a big surprise. I don't usually do well with surprises.
Breakfast today
Sweet potato
Spinach
Mushrooms
Goat cheese
All wrapped in lavash
Coffee w/almond milk.

I had an egg, then two zucchini/chicken nuggets. I was starving this morning. Probably because by the time I went to bed at midnight last night I realized that I had only eaten one egg all day, so I made a gluten free chicken/kale/tomato wrap. I hate when time gets away from me.

Pattience-glanced over it yesterday I think, later I will really read the whole thing

Going on a big hike today so ate a lot of food and carbs for breakfast!


Gluten free donut
Gluten free waffle with butter and syrup
1/2 c raspberries
1/2 c blueberries
soy milk with protein powder
1/2 starbucks skinny iced vanilla latte with soy

I was VERY hungry when I woke this morning and rated my hunger as a -3, maybe even -3.5. After eating I'm feeling +3 so that's good
