good evening! 2 miles leslie sansone before i left for work today. power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. ran into a friend i don't see too often at the grocery store during my lunch break. will go for a power walk and run some errands in a few minutes. :D

No workout for today. I decided to take a rest day since I have had so much going on this week. I also had a hair apt. so that cut my day short by an hour.

The shredding event is done! Twenty + years was destroyed in about 30 minutes. Amazing! Anyways, I took a rest day, just because. I felt drained from the week.

good night all! will shut down in a few minutes to go to bed. busy day here. bagged up my dad's jackets and coats. took two bags to the church tonight. one of the members of the church is a student at the university of buffalo's school of medicine and belongs to ub heals. ub heals is a service organization at university of buffalo that does outreach work to the poor and homeless. they are collecting jackets and coats for the poor and homeless. my dad was a graduate of university of buffalo's school of business. :D
