Hey, my name is Sarah and I'm new to this website. Actually I don't really know how to navigate around here. But I started the insanity work out DVDS a few days ago. The work outs definitely are INSANE. You sweat like crazy. I was sore after the first day. I'm really anxious to lose weight so I get impatient. But I think these workouts will have to do.

Smile Insanity works

Almost all the exercise used in the Insanity tape are the one I used when playing football, basketball, baseball and there great. My wife ordered the DVD's and they are awesome, I have seen an awesome change she's looking better than some thrity year old and she is fifty year old hotty. I wish I could work out with her, but due to second knee surgery most of the exercise are to strenuous on my knee. But about the DVD's they really work as long as you put the effort, good luck.

I did Insanity for 5 weeks. Lost 15 lbs. It was super hard at first but as the weeks went by, my body started to get used to it and I wasn't feeling like my body was being pushed hard enough. So I switched to something harder.
Good program though.

Aren't you suppose to go faster as you progress, like get more reps in during the given time frame? But what did you switch to pammi2003? I'm sure insanity won't get easy for me anytime soon but in case it does, I would like to switch also hehe. Thanks in advance.

I am on week 3 - today is day 16 of Insanity for me. I am addicted and motivated to complete this 60 day program and possibly continue for another 30 days or incorporate into my workout routine. I read blogs, success stories, and have my own private blog to stay motivated. My husband is also doing the p90x/Insanity hybrid and I'm very competitive!

I'm new here on 3FC and just started Insanity yesterday. All of your posts about Insanity really motivates me even more. I'm so glad I came upon 3FC!

I'm doing a hybrid with Insanity because I am WAY too out of shape to jump in and go full blast. But I'm loving it either way because it's just the extra push I need sometimes. Plus it doesn't hurt that you can see everyone in the videos at some point looks like they are about to die but they push through.

So my starting this didn't last too long. I reverted back to my JM DVDs, which isn't really that much better. oy.
