can I join this thread? I just did pure cardio today and was a puddle on the floor by the end of it I have to take A LOT of breaks but just on day 5 I am noticing I can do more for longer.

Hey! I just got the first month of DVD's from a friend, she is letting me borrow them to try it out! I'm a little nervous, but pretty excited to start tonight!!!!

Well I did the fit test tonight. Wow. Thought I was gonna die!! It was like being back in gym class as a freshman in high school ugh! lol! It was tough but I can tell it's gonna be effective!! I'm definitely excited to do this!!!

Can I just mentions. I've been doing Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam for about a month now since I decided to cut Insanity out of my routine temporarily. Well I just did Plyometric Cardio today and it kicked my arse!!! Literally! I forgot how good it feels to do Insanity and how accomplished you feel afterwards!

I'm pretty sure today made me realize I can't take Insanity out of my routines! I am going to add it back in at least twice a week now! I am starting to look thinner but after todays workout, I feel just as out of shape as when I started hahahaha! How does he do that?!

Just ordered Insanity tonight! I'm so looking forward to receiving it and torturing myself! My best friend ordered it as well so we are going to do it together. Got it for $65 at showboxcenter dot com.

Gosh, I never get tired of INSANITY! I LOVE the way it makes me feel when I'm done. I feel like I can do anything! (even though i'm so drained I can barely walk to the kitchen to mix up my protein shake, lol)

I love this DVD. INSANITY is insane... that u see results u do..this is my last week. and i could tell u that my shape looks more define and my abs wow its amazing..... i love it. i will try to take a brake then come back to it in a month or so.. going back to my weight routines.. wish everyone the best of and dont give up..

unfortunetly, i lost my before pics but i will put my after pics. on friday. i didnt have a lot to loose but i needed more defenition and i got it with INSANITY....

I would like to join this thread today is my first day of Insanity. I am looking to lose between 30-40 pounds. I am turning 30 next week and I dont want to spend my 30s overweight.

Alright, I'm on Day two but I haven't done my fit test either so I'm hoping to get that done today sometime. I know the DVD is do-able and I'm not in as good of shape as I'm use to and can completely tell. The last 15-20 mins are absolutely insain. Does anyone have any tips on getting through it? I didn't pause it at all yesterday but today I had to and still have the last 18 mins to do still. I'm going to finish it in a second but needed a break! Anyways, I'd love to hear some tips or advice anyone has on it who has gone through the 60-day program! Also, do you think it's bad I pause it completely and come back to it later on? Or should I just try and push through it even if I'm taking way more breaks than usual? Thanks!!

I'm going to try and keep posting about my experience as I go through the program each day/week. My first tip that I can already see is to make sure you have water next to you before you start!!

I love that they have a cardio recovery day! I completely needed it today my entire body hurts! I love that feeling though..it's like AH HA! I do have those muscles even if you can't completely see them! Anyone else doing the INSANITY program right now? You should do it with me!!

My advice would be to just stop for a second or two have a drink of water and jump back in if I read it right you said you are in shape you should just get stronger YOU need tiny breaks EVEN in the second round because you just PUSH harder as he says DIG DEEPER!
