Alright, I'm on Day two but I haven't done my fit test either so I'm hoping to get that done today sometime. I know the DVD is do-able and I'm not in as good of shape as I'm use to and can completely tell. The last 15-20 mins are absolutely insain. Does anyone have any tips on getting through it? I didn't pause it at all yesterday but today I had to and still have the last 18 mins to do still. I'm going to finish it in a second but needed a break! Anyways, I'd love to hear some tips or advice anyone has on it who has gone through the 60-day program!
Also, do you think it's bad I pause it completely and come back to it later on? Or should I just try and push through it even if I'm taking way more breaks than usual? Thanks!!
I'm going to try and keep posting about my experience as I go through the program each day/week. My first tip that I can already see is to make sure you have water next to you before you start!!
