Can't wait to see 139! I spent the last month-ish maintaining at 145 instead of losing (which is totally fine by me - I needed a break) but got back on track for losing last week. This morning my roommate's scale told me I was at 141; I'm not sure I believe it. I wonder if I'm in the middle of a whoosh, or if I'll jump back up next week. Or if her scale is just a liar.

Congratulations!! 149 was a huge deal for me to, it's actually when I thought I would call goal. We are very similar, I'm also aiming for about 135 just because lol. I calorie count and workout like a beast. how about you, any specific plan you're on?

I'm with you. I want to see 139 soooooooo bad. I've also been at 142-145 this last month, so I'm starting to really crave the 130s. and lol, my scale told me 141 yesterday and today, but I'm still afraid to trust it.

Thanks ladies...Im hovering between 149 and 148 but I'll wait until tomorrow to see where it settles.

kiss kiss - looking good!! We do indeed have similar paths

But you know what - Im not sure if I'll go beyond 145. I was happy on how I looked at 150 but i figure I need a buffer of 5 lbs.

Since the holidays are coming up (I have 3 trips between now and Christmas), I'll be gaining and losing. But long term I think I'd like to stay between 145 -150 for maintanence starting in Jan....

Hi ladies hope you don't mind me joining in? I'm currently 142lbs iv been stuck for months going up a few then back down but never kicking the 140's!

I put my back out last week so have been laid up but ate sensablly and stated at 142.

Getting back to it next week and I am hoping to hit 140 by Sunday, I can't exercise much but I can walk so that will have to do for now.

Hope everyone is getting on ok this weekend?

I am hovering too close to 150's. I am kinda stalled at 148/149 range.

I weighed in at 145.6 this morning, I guess it was inevitable as iv been bed ridden for a week now but it's still gutting.
Hopefully going back to work tomorrow will help and I shift a couple of lbs this week.

Im at 146 this morning. Hopefully I'll hit goal by Thrus for my trip to Los Angeles. However, I will be going up and down thru the holidays and will probably be stable after New Years....

Stuck in the mid 140's for months. Back on track and hoping to settle at 135-138. This morning weighed in at 142. Can't wait to see the 130's!

I'm down to 143 this morning.

I've been stuck at 145-150 for years now and I'm finally seeing movement after getting my butt in gear. I'll be happier when I see 139 because I haven't been that low in four years.

I've been stuck at 139-140 for over a month now! It's so frustrating. I don't know what to do to get the scale to move. I workout 4-5 x a week and eat a reasonable amount of calories (1500) and my weight just wont budge!!

Good morning! Finally moved to 149.2 this morning after seeing the nasty 150's for weeks again. lol as someone else put it above, still too close for comfort!

At least we're here though. We are now healthy and that's something to celebrate!

HI there, I thought this might be a good thread for me to join. I've just started posting on 3FC and hoping that it helps me keep accountable and motivated.
I started trying to lose in earnest about 2 months ago. I gave up eating sugar and joined the gym. I'm sick of people asking me when my next baby is due! Now I want to ramp it up a bit so I've decided to do some Intermittent fasting. I'm on my second fast day today and really hoping it's reflected in the scales tomorrow morning. My first mini goal is to get out of the 140's!!!! I started at 153 back in September and the scales tipped at 144 this week. In a few weeks I'm heading to America and then the UK on family visits...every pound I can lose before then will be worth it. I have been dreading the trip knowing that I haven't managed to lose any of my so called 'baby weight' (yeah, my daughter is nearly 2!) so I'm determined to give it a good hard shot for the next couple of weeks so that at least I can feel a little better about myself. Slightly concerned about all the delicious food I might encounter in San Francisco though...
Looking forward to meeting all of you trying to squeeze out of the 140's :-) Let's hope we are not here for too long.
