148. I'm expecting to hit 139 in late February.

I've been holding at 147 for most of this week. My body has been completely out of whack, I'm hoping a few pound will drop off suddenly. Fingers crossed that I'll be at about 143 next weekend. Ultimately I'd like to make it down to where I was 9 months ago at 117, maybe a couple of pounds below. I'm focused on stabilizing my thyroid and relieving my stomach issues so it might take me a few months.

Selina and Soon2BSlender We all have the same stats!

My goal is to be anywhere between 116-125 pounds. I hope to get there by the end of this year.

TOM is nearing, I think I am carrying water weight because scale has not really moved in 4 days (except a little up). I have worked out like mad; burned anywhere from 1200 to 1500 calories per day by exercising and just upped my calories from 1200 to 1700 to keep myself from getting fatigued.

149.8... too close to 150, ugh!

Hello all!

After all the holiday damage I ended up around 146, so not too shabby.

Sum38 ~ Well done, you! Holding steady despite your big night out.

Slender ~ Sometimes focusing on stabilization is the best thing to do.

Selina ~ I like your timeline... Might just project out there myself.

I am taking a little detour.... TOM is supposed to get here in a day or two and I feel the bloat, ugh.

150.6 this am.... I will still hang in here with you because I know it is just water and temporary weight fluctuation

I soooo want to get out of the 150's safely... once I start hitting 147 I will feel that I can breathe.

You can do it Ash15+!

149.6 for me on this beautiful but cold (-8F) Michigan morning.

I just need to behave myself for a while to get the scale moving!

One week into my restarted diet, I had an encouraging 142.1 reading on the scale this morning. It was early and I think I was dehydrated, so I'm not sure it's "real" ... but still a good sign I'm on the right path!

Thought I'd poke my head into the featherweights group this month. New and excited to be here!

I'm very much ready to kiss the 140's goodbye. I've been in the 130's consistently during my morning weigh-ins for several weeks now, but I do my "official" weigh-in after work with my clothes on. Couldn't tell you why, I've always weighed myself that way, but I'm doing mornings (sans clothes and post-toilet) too now since coming to 3FC just to see the lower numbers. They make me smile.

Yesterday I was at 140.0 so maybe I'll see 139 next week? Hope so!
