i think i'm finally reliably in the 130s - classes started again and walking 4x a week for 20 minutes (mile round trip) seems to have jumpstarted my loss again. funny that i only stalled out over the break. i'll take it!
I'm joining this thread because I need the extra motivation and support to break into the 130s. I am on Medifast, which really works, if I could only stop cheating. I lost the first few pounds quickly but all the social activities during the past few weeks sabotaged my efforts. And I have a Las Vegas trip coming up to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday (ugggh!)
Ok...didn't quite make my mini goal but almost! 140.5 today. Going on another girls trip this weekend which always includes wine. Going to try to maintain 140 and get back to following the plan next week.

Really hoping tomorrow's weigh in will read at 140 or less, although I went swimming this evening and exercise always seems to make me gain!
Ooooooh, 139.8 this morning! Hallelujah! I don't think I've been in the 130s since I graduated from law school!
AND a NSV - I exchanged some leggings from PVbody, and they sent me a pair of american apparel leggings - size SMALL. Ummmm, right. These hips don't lie, so I was CERTAIN they wouldn't fit. May have popped a stich putting them on, but they do fit! I have a tiny bit of muffin top with them on, so I think I'll hold off on wearing them to the gym for a little bit, but I am confident I'll shrink into them in another week or two! YAYYYYY! A SMALL FIT ME!
Gah! Woke up this morning to 142.2. That's 2lbs up!
I'm guessing water retention. Stayed under my calorie allowance yesterday but had an exercise break.
Also, I made fresh bread... Only had a bit but felt so bloated afterwards.
I'm going to quit bread!
Weighed in at 138.5 today!!! And that was after a fun girls trip! Getting back to plan...still have lack of confidence about saying goodbye to the 140s...
