Hi Shrinking, come on in!

Great job, Sum! Congratulations!

Looks like I won't be able to nudge it down to 148 by Vday. Yesterday I popped up to 149.2. Today I am back down to 148.2. I won't call 148 until I've been at 148.0 or below for at least a few days, so that's not going to happen by Friday. Well, I guess I will be happy if I can get that far any time this month. I just need to make sure I am trending in the right direction, since I really am trying to live a maintenance lifestyle.

148.4 today. Looks like this decade is going to be a long one for me. Practice maintenance!

141.2 today. I'm certain that it won't stick due to dinner plans tonight and having to entertain guest over the weekend. Yoyoma it looks like I'm stuck in this decade with you, even thought I'm not real sure I want to leave. At least not yet, maybe in the summer months.

Hey everyone!!

I decided to come on down to this thread as I weighed in at 148.5 today!! I had a Valentine's goal of 147 so I didn't make that but I'm still happy to be safely into this decade and on my way down. The next date I'm working towards is easter and that's 9 weeks away so I want to be 140 by then which gives me a fighting chance to make it as I think nearing my goal weight round about a 1lb loss a week is a good number.

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!!!!

Hiya Vix! Welcome!

Shamac, I round up and I won't move the counter down to 148 until I weigh 148.0 or lower for at least three days straight (I've been there more than once in the past week or so but not reliably).

I was 148.4 again today. The scale isn't moving down, but I've been stepped up my exercise recently. This week, I had an online pedometer challenge at work, which I met today. So, I'm feeling good about that!

I'm going to join y'all, if that's ok. I hung out in Featherweights a lot in 2011 through early 2013. I then went back to work FT after being a SAHM for four years, stopped exercising or watching what I ate and of course I regained up from 130 to 157 in less than a year!

I'm still working FT, but I'm now waking up at 4:15 during the week to hit the gym first. I'm also back to calorie counting, and on my way back down.

Weighed in at 146.6 as of this morning.

That's a lot of dedication, OhThePlaces! And congrats on losing over 10 pounds so far, that's great.

*shuffles over to this thread* I'm back. Had a nice, short visit into the 130's, but I relaxed too much and gained a couple of pounds back. Now I'm down half a pound to 140.5 and ready to make a more permanent move into the 130's. I can't wait, it was so great there. My goal is to get more focused on my eating habits and add some regular exercise back in.

I don't drink coffee so I'm going to admit to you all here that I've got to kick my hot cocoa habit (only 60 cals a glass, but I tend to drink it twice per day! ). I'm making a concerted effort to switch out the hot cocoa for tea on most days now. The artificial sugars don't play well with my sensitive stomach anyway, meh.

I have 4 months to get back into reasonable shape before I go on vacation. I'm spending a week hiking in the Swiss Alps and I want to enjoy it, not huff and puff my way along the trails! I have a treadmill for walking/jogging and some light weights I can use to help with a little strength training.
