Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!!!! 
I hung out in Featherweights a lot in 2011 through early 2013. I then went back to work FT after being a SAHM for four years, stopped exercising or watching what I ate and of course I regained up from 130 to 157 in less than a year! 
My goal is to get more focused on my eating habits and add some regular exercise back in.
). I'm making a concerted effort to switch out the hot cocoa for tea on most days now. The artificial sugars don't play well with my sensitive stomach anyway, meh.
