How much are you guys eating? Need to break free!!
I think Im either eating too much or not exercising enough cos no weight loss, even slight weight gains.
I eat ~ 1500 cals max.
Just back from spring break....probably more bad choices than good. Decided to stick to my plan a couple days and then weigh. Headed to the gym today...have to get back at it.
Also, signed up for another half marathon. I'm a bit worried about upping my carbs to accommodate my training.
I've been sitting around the 140s for a while now. I'm get to GET OUT! Today is my second day at 144, And tomorrow it's *possible* that I could break into 143, but not sure! Yesterday was 144.6, today 144.8, so, tomorrow could go several directions! Grrr, let's do this! I will be so happy once I get into the 30s. MUST, BREAK, IN!
Holy sh*t! 139.4p this morning and that's after eating breakfast so I may be 138!! Never expected to get lower than 140p. I am within 3p from High School weight and I'm 38yrs old.
