  • Hey guys, I'm new to this thread. I've seen numbers in the 140's for about 5 days now, so I've decided to say hello

    Currently sitting at 147lbs and looking forward to working through the remaining 7 lbs!
  • i've been in the 130s for a week now but the going is so slow that I don't feel comfortable saying that's my weight yet - 139.2 today, and what if I bounce back up? Tomorrow is my birthday, and there will be drinking.

  • Hi all! I've managed to maintain JUST a sliver below 150. I don't have decimals on my scale, so the best I can do is say the line is just under 150 LOL. In any case now that the holidays are basically done, I am going to have to kick myself into gear again to start dropping the pounds.

  • my goal was 130s on my birthday so I was at 140 even. went drinking, wasn't home to weigh the next day. Today I'm at 141 with the rehydration bloat. so frustrated!

  • I'm still sitting at 144 (I saw 144.4 this morning), I'm hoping 143 will make an appearance in the next couple of days!
  • 148 this morning! Hopefully this is a downward trend, not a one day fluke. I've been maintaining since the holiday season started. I haven't been below 148 yet though. Maybe soon!

  • I'm so miserably sick of the 140's. Today I am 144.5, why is this so hard? I always told myself when I decided to lose the weight it would be a breeze, but it isn't! In highschool i could drop 5-10 lbs easy! Blah! So discouraged... But not giving up! I'm getting more definition in my stomach with the crunches I do everyday, so I know it isn't all for nothing. And I'm fitting back into a few pairs of jeans that I wasn't fitting into in the 150's. Still a couple more pairs I want to fit into though.

    Stomach definition is awesome progress! Well done, the 130's are just around the corner for us all, you'll get there and it will be worth it in the end

    As for me, I'm sitting at 142.4 as of this morning. Roll on 130's!
  • Hope noone minds me joining! I was 142.4 this morning, I had been maintaining between 135-138 but managed to gain over the last couple of months, time to get back to maintenance! This time I am going to try to get closer to 130. Anyways need to keep accountable so here I am!
  • I weighed in at 141.4 this morning. So far, I calculate I've eaten maybe 1200 calories so I think I'll go work out and by the time I'm done, I'll be ready to eat again. The first week of the new year is going well so far. =)

    But I won't weigh myself for at least another week! No looking, no obsessing!

    I was at 140.4 yesterday and 140.8 this morning. Hopefully I'll drop into the 130's this week. I still can't believe how long I let myself stay in the 140s and how close I came to the obese range. I have nothing to blame other than my lack of willpower.

  • Hi! I'm another newbie hoping to say bye to the 140's soon! I'm 141lbs at the mo. Fingers crossed I'll be able to get a couple of lbs off in the week to come!!
