I'm still here!...Dang it! I was 145.6 at this morning's weigh in. I've been fluctuating between 145 and 145.6 for a flippin month now. I guess I'm at a stall and am gonna have to kick it up a notch
Hi - I'm new to this thread. A few weeks ago I was at my lowest in years like 138 point something, it felt so awesome but then stress eating monster has come back into my life again. This morning I was at 143. So bummed but I must push on and get back on that wagon!
A few months ago I hit my all time low of 139, and then started binge eating and put on almost 7 lbs. working on getting it off...pretty disappointed in myself.
Height: 5'5'' (technically 5'5.4'' but whos counting lol)
monday: 141.2...its sooo close
i skipped the gym and was soo hungry last night so i dont expect much tomorrow but im hoping this week is the week!
It seems the closer to goal I get the hungrier I've been, I thought it would be the other way around (my body would get used to the lifestyle) i eat lots of fiber,protein, fruits and veggies. Anyone else have this, is this just my body trying to sabotage my diet?
I can not believe that I started this thread a year ago in my low 140's I did a trip back to high 160's and now I back battling these 140's again, and I couldn't be happier to be back!!!
