happynottsgirl: Hi! I went travelling last year around europe and i'll admit, I put on weight. However I was eating spaghetti bolognese and chips everyday. So as long as you stay strong, and don't eat the good stuff ALL the time, then I'm sure you can keep it off! I just didn't have the motivation to do it!
Hello everyone else! I started dieting on Tuesday, and have lost 3 pounds since! Woop! I was very bloated though, so that's all water weight unfortunately. But it must mean I'm doing something right!
I don't mind a steady weight loss over the next few months, as I feel then there'd be more chance of the weight staying off, however I go on holiday in 4 weeks so there is a bit of pressure to get as much weight off in the next 4 weeks! I'd love to be about 120 by then! We'll see!
