I'm not real sure I will be able to find some exercise that I can do. I have a handicap plates on my car from COPD. But I did quit smoking and I can breathe a little better unless it's an allergy problem day. I can't stand or walk real good yet either. But, I think exercise will help me to be able to do more.

very soon, but they are excellent for where I am right now. I put it on my favorites bar. So later on I can do them, a few times a day.
