Born this way I just wanted to pipe in to say that you might not be taking enough calories in. I am 5'2'' and I was stuck at 140.8 for a week and a friend of mine suggested that 1200 calories might not be enough because I am burning 300-500 working out everyday and I am now eating 1500 and boom in two days I am now down to 139.6 so as long as I get the 130's again the next couple days I will be joining you ladies.
Sarahlynn, a couple years ago I was around 140, 143. And at that point in my life I ate around 1500 calories a day and maintained that weight. There has also been a point in my life where I weighed around 118, and to maintain that I could never eat more than 1000 calories a day. So here at 130ish its 1200 that I have to eat to maintain, and to lose I'll just have to take it down by 50 calories or so every 4 lbs :///
ive kind of learned my body pretty well, but you're right, it's also really important to take into consideration how much you're exercising and everything, that can definitely change calorie needs..
131.6 this morning. After so many years I can finally say I am not panicked by the oncoming sunny days! I used to agonize over spring because it would be hard to cover my fat, but it now seems I will be in the 120s to receive the spring this time around!!
The last time I saw a number in the 120s was in 2005 and only sporadically. I am so happy!

Congratulations! ha that is pretty cool. we are the same exact height and weight and have the same goal! wooh!
wfonseca3017, at the moment I'm not counting calories, though I used to years ago. Right now for breakfast I have 1/4 cup oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon (no sugar and made with whole milk), a fried egg (in olive oil) and I've just added a fried tomato, I slice it in half and put it in the pan with the egg. (BTW, I read frying the tomato in oil is good to get the lycopene). I also have coffee with whole milk and sugar.
For lunch usually soup which I buy premade, some vegetables/salad like cucumbers, lettuce/spinach, carrots.
For dinner brown rice which I saute with mushrooms, onions, green onions and eat it with chicken or salmon, and alongside a salad usually. I also take alli with my meals.
Also, most nights I have a cup of hot chocolate before bed.
I eat yogurt, decaf coffee, fruit and green tea throughout the day. I try to workout either at the gym or walking on most days.
I had been having bread and cheese which I have decided to cut out.

Truckin right on through the lower 130's. I saw 135.0 the other day and I figured I would be stuck there for weeks, but to my surprise I weighed in at 133.8 today
hehe..yeah in pics from the waist up i look normal but my saddlebags ugh, they make my legs look shorter, measured them yesterday, they're 39 inches and can squeeze the measuring tape down to 37 inches.
130.6 this morning. I was not expecting that, I was planning on doing a ~90 minute walk on friday afternoon since I was planning on hitting 130.x on saturday and long walks usually help me....but I'm at 130. today...can't believe it, I will still do the long walk

I weigh in on Sunday after my 1/2 marathon- not so sure I will be below 130 because I have been eating a few more carbs because of my long runs....we shall see. I can actually say that I'm not even worried about the number so much right now, I feel so much stronger.
130 flat today. Significant because it means I took less than a week to get off the binge weight. May not be a "real" figure because I gave blood yesterday and I haven't grown it back yet, but still very encouraging.
Nice effort, Krampus! I read an article the other day that made me think of some issues you had brought to light in your diary, which I do read from time to time. It was an interview in one of those trash magazines with Bethenny Frankle from the Real Housewives of N.Y and it was about her issues with food, I'm not sure what the name of the magazine was, one of those trash ones like People or something, if you can check it out.
Well ladies, I think my weigh in deserves a picture after all my struggles and complaining. This was after my 13.5 run, but also after re-hydrating and eating......hopefully I will see a 120 something number again when I wake up! As of that last weigh in I have lost 71 lbs and I finally seen the 120's, it's been a LONG time coming!
