Ive been in the 130's for the last month, slowly but surely losing. I weigh once a week but last week when I weighed I got discouraged because of my only .2 pound weight loss, so I weighed again 2 days later, I was 129.6, happy, to say the least.
Buuut...when I weighed this morning I was back up to 130.4. UGH. I know its because I ate before bed last night, it was like 9ish, and that always gets me. And I got sick over the weekend, and ended up eating more than I should have.
I guess I shouldn't be too discouraged though, I was just glad to see the 120's on the scale...havent seen that for almost 2 years and I was thrilled.
Going to work out some extra this week, my TOM is like a week and a half away, so I know some weight gain in inevitable for me.
Oh yeah, since the beginning of my weight loss, my goal was to get back into a bikini for the summer. So since I have done well, with my almost 20 pounds, I am going to buy my swimsuit (or two) today!
