I hit 133 today--which is the tip top of my maintenance range. I still want to lose about 5 lbs. When I see 133 on the scale, it will be my red flag to stop what I'm doing and get my weight under control! I hope in 5 lbs that I will be able to fit into a 6.

I can wear 6's now, but it gives me a little muffin top, so I won't wear them Oh ****, I may go all the way for a size 4 and lose 10 more. I guess we'll see. I've started getting comments that I should stop, that I look perfect, but honestly, they're used to seeing me in 14's, so it probably looks weird to people. I'm not sure....I have a lot of loose skin thanks to my babies, so we'll see. I think if it weren't for the loose skin, I'd be in a 4 or 6 already......The last thing I want is to look sickly, but I do think my body is built to be pretty thin. My hubby met me when I was 115-120 without even thinking about it in college, so he'll like me if I'm that thin again, I"m sure

I'll be back later, have to run off to meet a friend

Grrrr...back up to 131.6 today from 130.8. I'm wishing, hoping, praying, and working to see 129 by the end of the month.

You'll get it, Hopeful!

I'm down to 135, which is really exciting since it's in my healthy range. I'm still going down a little bit at a time, which is very exciting. I also wanted to be 129 by the end of April but I'm not sure I'll get there at this rate - oh well! I've almost lost 18 pounds in 2 months, so I think I'll just be happy with that.

Yay kramp! I was down to 134 this morning - 129 by the end of the month is still possible, I suppose.

Whoa! Woke up today at 134. This is the lowest I've been in eight years. I'm hoping to break 130 in a couple of weeks.

Hello everyone. Hope you're all doing well.
I'm new, and at 134 I think this is the right thread for me
I've given my diet/exercise routine a big shake up for the last week or so and I've lost 2 pounds so far, so I'm pretty chuffed. I've set my goal weight at 122 but I'm going to wait and see how my body looks/clothes fit etc as I (hopefully get down there). That's pretty much the weight I was before I went to uni 4 years ago, so it would be lovely to get back down there and I think it suited me because I've got a relatively small frame.
As well as eating a lot better, loads more fruit and veg and cutting out sugary snacks etc I'm also training for a 15k in the summer, woop. I did the Great North Run (ooh that's an English thing, although I think it's actually the world's biggest half marathon) a couple of years ago, but I'm strictly a 5k runner these days so it's going to be tough to up the distance. I do enjoy running though so that helps.
Anyway I've rambled enough, I hope everyone has had a good day!

Georgia, I saw "size 8" and your weight and then I saw "chuffed" and now it makes more sense haha. You must be close now!

130.1 this morning!!!!!!!!!!!! Lowest weight in a month and something ridiculous like 7 pounds less than I weighed in on Monday.

Krampus- haha oops, was that very British? I don't really think about what I write- I type a lot like how I talk. I might change my caption thing to UK8 to avoid the confusion . I can squuueze myself into size 8s but it is neither attractive nor comfortable so still a little way to go.
Congrats on the 130.1- you'll be off into the thread down soon, hopefully it won't be too long until I join you. I've never been a big diet/exercise person so I'm not sure how long my loss is going to take me. I guess it's a bit of trial and error with the calories etc until I get it right?

Pinkflower: I think you'll know when you are happy to maintain. I get comments to saying "I look great now" but personally, I know I can do better!

Hopeful8: It'll go down again I'm sure. I went up to 130.8 the other day from 129.4 but it's just another day on the scale

maydaymayday911: Good luck with your goals!

Krampus: You are on a ROLL! 7 lbs since monday! I wish I had that kind of whoosh nowadays!

criss: Good luck!

Georgiahoneybee: you look really good in your avatar especially because you are so tall (read: I'm jealous...being a shortie myself)

I saw 129.0 on the scale today but this week is TOM so I won't leave this thread until after this week is up.... I'm still nervous about it because I can't believe it.... I never thought my body was capable of going lower than 130

Hey
I am not new to 3 FC but don't always post. I felt the need to post here so I hope no one minds!

I have been weighing in the past week at 131.2-132.8. I haven't been in the 120's in over 2 years. I feel like the 130's is just taunting me and will not let go! I have been very very slowly losing and it is beyond frustrating but i do feel some encouragement knowing summer is coming soon and I want to look hot on the beach!

Are you ladies losing quickly or slowly? Counting calories/ WW?

I've gone from counting, WW, journaling, not counting... nothing seems to do the trick

I weighed in at 127.8 lbs this morning so I think I can safely say I'm in the 120s! Hope to see you guys all there soon.

JessieCat: You are so much taller than me so it's probably going to be hard to lose every 1/2 lb. Even for me at this weight, I'm maybe losing 0.4 lbs - 1 lb a week with daily exercise and watching my portions. One bad day of eating can undo a whole week of hard work.
I don't really calorie count anymore. I just watch my portion sizes. I did calorie count in the beginning though.
Good luck!

This thread hasn't been updated in a long time!

I'm still not out of the 130s. 4 days ago I was dangerously close to 140 but I have deflated to 131.6 this morning.

I've been lurking here for a few weeks now, desperately wanting to get out of the 130's which is where I've been bouncing around for the last 2-3 years. I buckled down around mid-march and I've managed to go from 137 to ~131 in that time. I actually saw 129.8 one morning a couple of weeks ago but haven't since. Blechhhh.

I was at 130.8 this morning so I'm really hoping to see a 120's number within the next week or so. Expectations for a quick loss (like the last time I was here) have officially been lowered.
