I got a ten minute walk on my treadmill followed by five minutes on the stationary bike last night. I'm not sure what I'm going to do this afternoon. I'm wanting to do an hour of step aerobics but I don't know if I'll have the energy.
Right now I'm off to Costco! Hope you all have a great Saturday.
Man, yesterday was just BUSY. I couldn't get to the gym at all, but I at least managed a 30 minute walk outside! Today is gonna be a day for outside walking (it's beautiful out) and some gym time
Nothing last night I was dead tired after work...gonna work out in about 20 minutes.
I feel a little thinner, my arms are less flabby, and my jeans feel better but WHY hasn't the scale moved!?! Will it take a few months to see a big difference or what?
It may take a while for the scale to shift in the right direction, but you are seeing non-numerical improvements that show you are on the right track and improving the health of your body. Keep going . . .
I got in a half hour of step aerobics, felt too ill to do more. Then I took a loooong hot, hot bath and I'm planning to mostly just laze around the rest of the day. I think I'll do Turbo Jam Ab Jam tomorrow.
Like Sanity I took a walk today. It was nice to shed the winter coat, put on my tunes and go. I initially asked someone to go too, but she didn't want to. I almost let that deter me, but I just went by myself. I nixed jillian's cardio today and walked instead.

novangel, please take a moment to enjoy your progress and changes you've made. I know for me the scale is not my friend so I don't put too much stock in it. It's not the end all....there are other positive things happening for you.
Today was a good day for exercise =D I walked for a bit, it was amazing outside. And got in some gym time for C25K and weight training This week I've been a bit stressed, so I think I'm going to take away one of my gym days (I go 5 times a week) and make it an aerobics day ^.^

Sunday is my 'recommitment' day. For today:
1. get an insulated lunch bag to carry my food so I eat what I should eat.
2. get some paperwork together for the week
3. put in an hour of 'freestyle' exercise

I'm taking care of chores today. I got up early to do laundry. My protein (turkey legs and chicken legs) are stewing to be used as protein for the week. I've been wanting to cook lentils so I'm looking for a tasty recipe for that. Eggs are boiled for breakfast. I feel like baking something and I may try a new healthy snack today.
There's a commercial and I don't remember the exact product, but the premise is when you start to change one thing it often has a ripple effect for something else. My fitness goals were not in line with my current dietary eating. I've had ice cream a couple nights this week and this weekend chicken wings and pizza with family. Needless to say I was worshiping the porcelain gods yesterday. I've had a bit of time without the greasy chicken wings and my body let me know it no longer wanted them.
I hope everyone is doing well and its back to Jillian tomorrow with workout 1. I won't be doing it till after work though because of having to be out of the house by 6am.
Oh Sunday, another gorgeous day outside =D I stepped up to the next level of C25K today! 6mp/h for 1:30 minutes with 2 minute walking intervals. A bit slower paced walkies today, I have a lot of mucus build up lately, plus I was just feeling a bit sick. But I got it done =D Then I cooled down walked for half an hour on the trail outside ^.^
And now it's time to lock myself in a room for the next few hours studying for an exam with some friends xD I'm glad I got my workout done early!
I spent pretty much the whole day cleaning - guess I'm getting started on the spring clean up! - and it really exhausted me. I almost decided to skip exercise, but I'm glad I didn't because I feel much better for the bit of movement I got. I did about 20 minutes gentle pilates, Ab Jam, and the first 25 or so minutes of Turbo Sculpt.

I'm up and about and made it on time for work for once. I never get good sleep on sunday evening so it might me delirium talking right now..lol. I got like 4-5 hours of sleep. Tonight will be workout 1 from jillian's program.
