HAPPY HUMP DAY!
I got to work super early so I can leave super early. No am workout and today is cardio day. It takes too much to get the body warm in the morning so I will do it this afternoon...hence getting to work super early. That way I should be done by 6pm instead of starting at 6:30-7pm. Surprisingly the soreness is more manageable today. I'm not wincing when I lift my arms today, lol. It's supposed to rain a lot today so no outside walk today, but my office building is connected to a mall so I think I'll go mall walking on my lunch break. All in all I'm feeling pretty good.

I can't wait to get to the gym later! Yesterday was too lazy and want my cardio back =]





and followed it by about 10 minutes of step aerobics for an active cool down. Tomorrow will probably be all strength work. Now I'm off to stretch and shower!
