Wow, what a Friday! No exercise for me today, but I will pick up workout 2 tomorrow. I had a pamper me day complete with a trip to the hairdresser and another trip for a pedicure. It's been a while since I've had one and my footsies feel refreshed. I'm having a late dinner and will relax with my family tonight.

See ya tomorrow!

I wasn't able to exercise tonight (I just got home) but I got on the scale this morning and it was down 2 pounds. O_O

I won't change my ticker yet because I am scared to jinx.

novangle, Yay for the 2lbs!! Give a listen to that podcast I posted. It has some good information and will probably just reiterate what you already know.

Mmmm.....Saturdays!

I slept until my eyes popped open...its nice and sunny and I feel VERY rested. I'm about to get my workout in...eat....shower and go venture into the world. In the cut the fat podcast he talked about foodsaver. I waste a lot of produce and he says that foods last a longer time when he vacuum seals his foods like lettuce, strawberries, etc. I'm going to go out and find the mini one that apparently just uses the bags which I think will be fine for me instead of buying the more expensive larger model. For now anyway.

Ok, my workouts will be a walk on the treadmill to warm up, workout 2 from body revolution and I'm thinking a kickbox workout or step aerobics. Hmmm, I've not done step aerobics in a long time. We will see.

Have a productive Saturday everyone!

I'm a super grouch today. Buh.

My workout plan is P90x arms and shoulders, and possibly something for my legs. We'll see.

bunneh

sanity, I'm glad you listened. It really is a good show.

My workout is done and I was surprised I burned a little over 800 calories as per my heart rate monitor. I stayed on the treadmill because I got interested in the podcast I was listening to and didn't want to stop. I'm going to have to do a workout tomorrow because I already took two rest days this week.

I'm off to enjoy the outdoors.

Hi losingit !
30 minutes a day is great. Do you have good walking places where you live?

I went to the library this afternoon just to see if getting out the house would improve my mood. It didnt really, but it didn't hurt either. I just grabbed a bunch of random books that looked interesting.

I debated whether I would go through with my workout today, since I wasn't feeling great and I haven't had a full rest day this week anyway. But I got through p90x shoulder and arms plus a little pilates for my legs. Now I'm gonna hang out and read for the rest of the night.

Good job on the workouts done and welcome to mrslosingit!

*crickets chirping

Can we do a roll call?? I'm still here and not going anywhere.

I'm getting up and going to the beach today, on March 18th can you believe it!? Exercise will be later tonight. Have a nice Sunday, everyone.

Edit: Oh, and I got on the scale again and it's still down 2 pounds so I know it's not just a fluke! After TOM I will adjust my ticker.

novangel Yay for the two pounds!!

I'm going to spend the morning cleaning. Exercise will most likely be step aerobics this afternoon, but I don't know how long/intense. Then probably more lazing around and reading this evening.

Hope you all have a good Sunday!
