Just finished 30 minutes of Pilates and weights.

The air is much clearer today than yesterday, no smoke and ash, so I will be doing my C25K and walking :)

I workout on a recumberment stationary bike at about 16-19 mph. :carrot:

It's back to the treadmill tomorrow.

I have finished my last 45 minute session of :ebike: exercise for the day and I am wiped! The heat and smoke is a little better today but not much. I don't know how you can workout outside WSChick. I am having dinner and kicking back. :carrot:
