I was going to take a rest day today, but I just got my first Leslie Sansone DVD in the mail today so I did the 2 mile "Walk This Way" and I love it so much I'm going to do it again later, because I usually get an energy burst around 11:30pm (and that's when I used to snack and binge lol)

thistime140 09-05-2009 11:19 PM

better late then never!! I worked in the yard most of the day, transplanting things, and cleaning up another section, up and down a big hill 11 or 12 times.... Anyway...lost my momentum around 5, so got cleaned up.
FINALLY tho...b/c i needed a distraction from binging!!...I walked. 9:30 at night, in the dark...but...did 1 mile. eh...not getting MY pompoms out for me.

Onederchic 09-05-2009 11:29 PM
