Just finished last 30 minute cardio

Total today = 1.5 hours cardio

Just make sure you don't overtrain the muscles. They do need time to rest and repair.
As for the agoraphobia, I went through that several years ago. Did not leave the house for years. Was thin at the time so it was not weight related. Took a lot of work on my part but it is no longer a problem.
You can do this. If you can workout so hard you are obviously very strong minded. Just think of defeating the agoraphobia as another exercise. Set small goals and go from there.

Anybody else starting the P90X challenge on Monday?

I agree Michelle is very strong and she can do anything she sets her mind to, just look at her photos!

I just finished my last 45 minute session :ebike: exercise for the day. :carrot:

Total Cardio Today: 2 hours & 15 minutes

I so need to shower and eat dinner and I will be back later after I smell good. :broc:

Ran 3.2 miles and biked 25.5 miles. My legs are sore!
