15 mins elliptical, 38 minutes (10 miles) in bike, 10 minutes warmup and cooldown stretch

Yesterday - Ab RipperX and Treadmill - check! Today - Weight Training and possibly walk @ work. Last night was one of those nights where every minute I was on the treadmill felt just too much. I began with doing 20 mins of HIIT and, said to myself, if I felt like it I'll do the rest 40 or so mins jogging. I figured, at least, I can do 20 mins if nothing else. As soon as my 20 mins were up, I thought ok, let me do 10 more mins and it'll make it total 30 mins...then, ok 10 more mins will make it 40 mins. So, I kept at it till 50 mins (including cool down). I'm glad I did it cuz I would have felt horribly guilty not doing it for more than 20 mins. Keep up the good work girls!! Go Us! Have a wonderful OP day :D |

Well I didn't do my planned workout yesterday as my youngest ds is sick. I was so tired by the time I got him to sleep that I ended up going to bed as well. Luckily, my dh is home from work so I was able to do my workout for today. Sept 2: 37 mins on my Stairmaster, abs and floorwork. Pintobean - way to push through your workout. You rock! Onderchic - Great job! Diva - It sure does seem like everyone is sick lately. Great job with your workout! Igetfit - thanks for letting us know about Echo, I have been wondering about her as well.
