I have a question.
I want to change my routine but I want to know does it seem like it will be enough. Those DVDs I received, I want to utilize them. Most have cardio w/ hand weights and they are 20 minute sessions. If I do 4 of them a day for 5 days a week still adding in full body weight training for 3 days..is it enough? :| |
Oh and I just finished a 20 minute cardio interval w/ hand weights (5lb x 2)
