Okay!.. so this is it.. I have gotten meals under control and in habit... I have gotten a handle on calories and food habits.. and I have lost 9.2 pounds in a month! (weighed in just this morning..yay!..lol) and now it is time for phase 3 of my lil plan..lol exercise.. so my plan today is to start C25K D1/W1.. I would add I would liket o do one of my turbo jams as well, but I am not going to push it..if it happens yay if not I will be happy with gettin out there for my first run/walk!.. will report back later.. lol if you pray... pray for me! :hug:

Angie and I skipped the beach route today that we planned. We decided to take a route we usually don't get to do. It is a 3 mile route we do where we eat breakfast sandwiches outside at a deli. The deli doesn't open on the week-ends until 8am, which is too late for us. A beautiful morning here and a great breakfast with the mutts outside in the patio area.
