Alright, I'm back today :)
Friday - Just walk @ work. I did not do weight training. Saturday - Ab Ripper X and Zumba (1.5 hours) then went to the State Fair later that evening so lots of walking there. Sunday - Zilch! Today - Walk @ Work and Weight Training! Another day, another week!! Keep up the good work girls!! |

So I haven't been to the gym in quite awhile and didn't realize how out of shape I was! But I finished the two mile goal I set for myself this morning....I ran for about a fourth of a mile which was not what I wanted to do. I had set to run half a mile but I just couldn't today so I hope by the middle of the week or the start of the week I can! I just got to stay motivated which is so hard sometimes!!!!

I see everyone (Onederland, Pinto, Sooner & Echo) are getting it done and working out. Great Job! :carrot: I just finished my 1st 45 minute session of :ebike: exercise for the day. I am pushing through even though I am not in the mood. |

just did the weight loss yoga with Bob Harper for the first time...and I have had the DVD at least 6 months!!
Anyway...WOW...feels great. My legs are still shaking, but I had never done yoga before. this will be a nice alternative! I have the Jillian Micaels one, as well, so I think that will be Tuesdays achievement! Thanks to Butterfly50..cuz w/out reading her poat, I prby wouldnt have worked out at all!! |
