Plans today -

I am cleaning the ENTIRE house...every surface, nook and cranny from top to bottom plus both porches.

Alright, I'm back today :)

Friday - Just walk @ work. I did not do weight training.

Saturday - Ab Ripper X and Zumba (1.5 hours) then went to the State Fair later that evening so lots of walking there.

Sunday - Zilch!

Today - Walk @ Work and Weight Training!

Another day, another week!! Keep up the good work girls!!

So I haven't been to the gym in quite awhile and didn't realize how out of shape I was! But I finished the two mile goal I set for myself this morning....I ran for about a fourth of a mile which was not what I wanted to do. I had set to run half a mile but I just couldn't today so I hope by the middle of the week or the start of the week I can! I just got to stay motivated which is so hard sometimes!!!!

I see everyone (Onederland, Pinto, Sooner & Echo) are getting it done and working out. Great Job! :carrot:

I just finished my 1st 45 minute session of :ebike: exercise for the day. I am pushing through even though I am not in the mood.

Hey Everyone! Yesterday 8-30 I did 40 min turbo scult and 4 mile walk/jog in 63 minutes im gonna have to really pick it up here soon I was breaking in new shoes though. Cant believe its not even septemeber yet and we are already on page 8;)

I just finished my 2nd 45 minute session of :ebike: exercise for the day. I so grumpy today but I am so pushing through, I am so pissy I would drop kick a feret if I saw one! LOL Watch out Ferets of the world! No I wouldn't do that but I could use some Ice Cream.

Aww igetfit :hug: Ask yourself is the ice cream really worth it. Or if you can fit it into your plan then have a little. Either way, hang in there and keep chuggin along :hug::hug:

just did the weight loss yoga with Bob Harper for the first time...and I have had the DVD at least 6 months!!
Anyway...WOW...feels great. My legs are still shaking, but I had never done yoga before. this will be a nice alternative! I have the Jillian Micaels one, as well, so I think that will be Tuesdays achievement!
Thanks to Butterfly50..cuz w/out reading her poat, I prby wouldnt have worked out at all!!

I think I am having sugar withdrawal but I didn't I would have it so fast. I am trying cut way back on sugar as just 4 grams (1 tsp) can adversely affect your metabolism. Of course I will never give it up completely as I think sugar in moderation is fine but I am trying control my blood sugar to lose weight easier.


I'm about to start my last session of 45 minutes of :ebike: exercise of the day. I wish I had that new incline treadmill that Jillian Michaels designed.
