    Yesterday - Ab RipperX and Treadmill - check!

    Today - Weight Training and possibly walk @ work.

    Last night was one of those nights where every minute I was on the treadmill felt just too much. I began with doing 20 mins of HIIT and, said to myself, if I felt like it I'll do the rest 40 or so mins jogging. I figured, at least, I can do 20 mins if nothing else. As soon as my 20 mins were up, I thought ok, let me do 10 more mins and it'll make it total 30 mins...then, ok 10 more mins will make it 40 mins. So, I kept at it till 50 mins (including cool down). I'm glad I did it cuz I would have felt horribly guilty not doing it for more than 20 mins.

  • 30 minute 2 mile WATP's again. I am just not feeling the public world this week for some reason. That and being the germ-phob I am I am paranoid about so many peeps getting sick in East TN and this Swine Flu crap.

    Well I didn't do my planned workout yesterday as my youngest ds is sick. I was so tired by the time I got him to sleep that I ended up going to bed as well. Luckily, my dh is home from work so I was able to do my workout for today.
    Sept 2: 37 mins on my Stairmaster, abs and floorwork.
