I hear that a treadmill is better at burning calories and fat then an eliptical machine, just might want to research that one. After a while you will need to exercise, you just feel strange when you don't.








. I do watch TV/movie while running on my tready, music alone does not cut it for me. If I run on the track, then I have to listen to music.
