Well I didn't do my planned workout yesterday as my youngest ds is sick. I was so tired by the time I got him to sleep that I ended up going to bed as well. Luckily, my dh is home from work so I was able to do my workout for today. Sept 2: 37 mins on my Stairmaster, abs and floorwork.

I workout on a recumberment stationary bike at about 16-19 mph.
I have finished my last 45 minute session of exercise for the day and I am wiped! The heat and smoke is a little better today but not much. I don't know how you can workout outside WSChick. I am having dinner and kicking back.
