I'm actually happy it stayed the same and didn't go higher! I had some yummy pizza last night (stayed under 1450 calories for the day) but I figured the sodium would cause some water retention.

I was good with food again, and despite a couple of glasses of wine and not doing my workout, the numbers are good to me today. I think this may be my week of good runs and workouts catching up!
Minneey, how was the dinner out last night? Good for you for getting the insanity workout in! My challenge today is a home cooked meal we have planned of Brisket and teaching friends to make home made ravioli - moderation will be key!
Uh oh! Just weighed in and I'm 3lb up from yesterday. Hoping it is the roast lunch sitting in my tummy that's made me heavier... Only tlme will tell! Have to get these weekend binges under control.

I'm back from my Weekend trip -- portion control did work, but I couldn't resist the Cookies and Drinks at night. I don't sweat it because I had a really good time.
I'm headed back to the dentist today to have the stitches from my wisdom teeth removed, and I hope he'll clear me for light exercise
Anyways, it's my last week off before school starts again :/ got to make the best of it

I ate a nice, juicy burger with fries on Saturday and I paid for it over the weekend! I'm going to slam water like crazy today and stick to my calorie count. This is why I don't consider myself to be in onederland until I'm at least 197...too many fluctuations.
