I'm happy to see onederland, but I don't consider myself out of the 200s until I've gotten down to 197. With all the fluid, sodium, and TOM fluctuations, that's my official "out of the 200s" number.

I will be leaving this afternoon for a brief business trip, so I won’t be able to weigh or post for the next few days. While away I will be subject to business breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
