  • Since the December Weightloss Challenge will be coming to an end tomorrow (sad face) I thought I'd go ahead and start January's!

    Everyone please feel free to join in and support each other through the first month of the year! Time to start anew and re-vamp our weightloss goals! Good luck ladies!!!

  • Hey Everyone,

    Have been fitness orientated for the last 2 months, but I figured I would start to use this forum again and I feel that this challenge will be one of the right choices for me.

    My Starting Weight is 207.4
    I would like to be 197 by the end of January.

    I will do this by continuing to utilize my trainer and start to focus on my eating habits. I am thinking Paleo, I don't think I will be 100% perfect with it, but I would like to be about 90% there (cutting back on the grains, legumes and dairy)

    I'm excited jumped on the scale today and i was officially 235 again!
  • I am back in. I weighed in today at 88.8kg. I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks from the 12-27. I'm hoping to get to 87kg before I leave and then try and maintain while I'm gone.

  • in , lol. I think I need to get a notebook so I remember what I signed up for...I'm going to be aggressive since this is my first month really trying to lose weight and aim for 2 pounds a week, so 8 pounds would put me at 229...

    I am doing 30DS and also calorie cycling...today was day 1 of both...

    @changergirl: think of how good it's going to feel to hit that goal before vaca! you can do it!!

    was 218.2 when I woke up this morning, so that will officially be my starting weight for January!
  • Hello everyone! I am getting my motivation back because I am so tired of lugging all this extra fat around and am joining this challenge with high hopes! My goal for Jan. will be to reach 235 so down 11 pounds. Good luck to you all!
  • So I didn't get the chance to weigh in this morning (I slept over at a friends house last night). So I am going to officially start my weigh-in tomorrow morning and I will keep you folks updated from there!

  • Would love to lose 10 lbs this month. I managed to lose about that last month, would love to be maintaining by valentines day. Already starting to actually like my body.
    January 1st starting weight. Exactly 135
    Goal weight 125ish
    Not sure if I wanna get that low, I start to lose what little curves I have when I get too thin.

    1/10/13 update down 4 lbs as of today, 21 days left I am going to be positive and say I can do this!
