This would be great for me! We have a trip to the states in August and I'm really hoping to be at my goal weight (whatever that may be!) by then. That means somewhere between a 9-24lb loss still. Since July is still a month away from that I'll put my goal as 10lbs and then be thrilled if I lose more than that.
ETA: I weight daily and just report loses when they come because they normally come in whooshes with weeks of stalls in between.

Paradise I absolutely feel challenges help me to stay on track. When I know I have a group to come and post my weight in, it spurs me on try my best to get a good number, but also, when the scale stops moving or starts moving the wrong way, the support a group can give is amazing. It's also great to get to know a bunch of people and share in their successes and hear what works and doesn't work for them.
I would like to join the challenge! I am a newbie and I'd love to stay motivated I'd like to lose 40lbs by July ~ I'd love in to be in onderland but am trying to set a realistic goal loss of 8lbs a month.

so we are 18 ladies and we weigh almost 2 tons....wow. Congratulations to all of us in taking this step in continuing in our weight loss journey and goal of happier and healthier lives.
I think the way for me to stay motivated through something like this is that Im very competative, and donīt like to lose, so I will do everything in my power week by week so make sure I donīt have the lowest % lost.

That's fine with my starting weight. I missed the chance to weigh-in this morning before eating so 164lbs will have to do.

We a making a trip to Croatia ( and the beaches there) in late July/early August. I so want to feel good in a swimsuit and want to be just worrying about maintaining and not losing by then. We can do it!

I hope everyone is off to a great start this month. I'm so motivated right now and am so ready to get below 200. I am going to give it my all this month in hopes of coming as close to onederland as possible. I need 10.1 pounds to get me there. I'm not sure if this is attainable but I'm shooting for it.
GettinFit and momof3preemies: good luck to you guys! I'm shooting for around 15 this month too, or as close as I can get! I've been at almost 4 pounds per week since I started 4 weeks ago, if I can do it, y'all can too! <3
