Did the Biggest Loser The Workout 2 dvd last night and again it was awesome!!
I have re-vamped my workout plan for this month, if I can keep this up I know by March I will be on my way to being in way better shape
I am so sore today it feels so very good! If I can keep to my new plan I'll exceed both my mile and minutes goals for the month of February
I think I'm going to be super busy the next few days so I'll check back Friday...
