28:

They were to increase my time on the treadmill to 45 minutes on cardio days, add weight/strength training 2x/week, and get to the gym 20/28 days. I've also added ab exercises to every day at the gym! I'm embarrassed to say it, but I am really proud of myself. I know my goals probably seemed really basic to others, but I just joined a gym on Jan 31, and this the first time EVER in my adult life that I've stuck with exercise. Actually, almost the first time I've done ANY planned exercise as an adult - before this month, I was as sedentary as they come. The benefits I've seen this month have been SO worth those 5 hours/week at the gym, and I'm really excited to continue in March!
