2/5: 35 min walk to work; on my feet all day @ work
2/6: 45 min walk to work (walked slower b/c of road conditions); on my feet all day @ work

3 Zumba = 60 mins
4 Outdoor walking = 60 mins
5 Walking the dog = 60 mins

Guh i took my day off yesterday because of the double shift and I woke up today feeling like crap. My legs were hurting and it took me forever to get going. Geez I hope all my days off aren't like that.

I think I need to add something else to my workouts. Might start doing a dvd later in the day so I can add something to my work outs. I need something to shake it up.

Comment for todays workout: UGH so excited! I did better in EVERY category on my second fit test compared to my first! I was sweating bullets, which always makes me happy....but AH, I can't express how excited I am.

240 minutes for week one got in plenty of cardio met that goal. Didnt do my yoga as I couldnt get to the gym with all the snow. Friday I fell on my duff with a thud. So embarrassed!!!!!!!

7- 30 min Cardio, Total Body, 4min Abs, Hoola Hoop
