So, you just set your weight loss related goal(s) and it gets added to a goal list. When you reach your goal, it gets turned Red. I'm planning for February to be better though. I'm reasonably sure I'm retaining water so I'm going to wait a few days before figuring out what my target weight is, but I'll go ahead and say my goal is to lose three pounds.
